Chad McDaniel combines a strategic vision of the company with over 17 years of direct marketing experience. Chad has held senior level call center operations and service delivery management positions for leading telecommunication, cable and wireless organizations.
He has directed sales and marketing campaigns at international, national, regional and local markets and has spent the last six years working with customer care organizations in both the US and Canada in providing consulting solutions and executive recruiting for the ECRM, CRM and customer care organizations.

Susan has over 12 years of experience in the contact center industry, leading operations teams in both Outsourced care environments and In-house call centers. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge for call center operations including workforce management, CRM implementation and management, multi-million dollar budget management and Business development.
Susan's experience has been focused in both Domestic and International Markets. Susan is dedicated on meeting and exceeding project goals and client expectations. She is also on the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Chapter of the American Teleservices Association.

Nancie DeVita has 20+ years in Human Resource and Operations Management joining the Execs In The Know team a number of years ago after serving as the Stream International Director of HR with responsibility for recruitment and HR generalist function for 10 call center locations in both the US and Canada. Before joining Stream she worked in a variety of HR roles for Tektronix a high technology company in the Northwest.
She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Execs In The Know as a proven leader, team player and problem solver with highly developed analytical, project management, organizational development and strategic planning skills. Nancie has a strong business and legal orientation that effectively aligns HR strategy with business goals.
